This was interesting. It's interesting to me how IV are indifferent to which of their ventures are successful, which bear fruit. I'm often that way in meetings, and people are always so disappointed. They want to see me, or us, excited, or passionate about one of the ideas. And I'm interested in seeing which one they're most passionate about.

Dear god. Yeah, um... this is why I hate sports. I'm scared of their rabidness. Like... yeah.

Ooof. I'm a big Blumenthal fan. At least as a journalist. You can always count on him to cut to the chase of what's really going on in the white house. Clinton Wars was kinda a hoot as well. Oh well. Dude shouldn't drive.

"The Nine Billion Names of God" had a profound influence on my childhood. I read it when I was 13. The simplicity of the story and the massive implications were jarring and eye opening.

Via Rhonda, in our NY office, and via PSFK.....
Greg Verdino points us to a map of infographic that shows the top social networks across the world, published by French paper Le Monde. It highlights the vast differences when it comes to popular social networks.

I think Cameron or Amanda hipped me to this, but this is pretty useful, both from a process point of view, I think, as well as a nicely notably comment about faith. I see applications not just to foreign policy and entrepreneurship but to the housing market. I was just bitching about it to Judi the other day: "We ALWAYS have downturns in the housing market. I'm not even old and I can remember four. Why do these people keep falling for it?"
